We want to help you get the best house cleaning for your home. We know that everyone and every home is different and we want to meet your needs as best we can. You can pick one option or combine them to get exactly what you need! We offer a schedule of weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleans as well as one time or as needed basis.
We highly encourage all of our clients to make any comments or suggestions that you may have. You can contact us here or call 828-450-0846. We realize that each client has different priorities for their home, and we want to keep you satisfied. The more aware we are of your expectations, the more satisfied you will be with your cleaning. Greenbee Cleaning Co. will always guarantee that a properly trained cleaner will show up to your home, but not all tasks may be completed if time runs short. However, we are always happy to work off of a priority list during the time scheduled.
*We require a 75% deposit for first and one-time cleans (due 72 hours in advance).

We would love to detail your house from top to bottom! However, that could possibly take days or even weeks! So this is what we have come up with instead. This is also what we do when we are not given any direction. A first time house cleaning encompasses the same tasks as a standard cleaning, but will generally take longer due to build up. In the event that not enough time is scheduled, some areas with excessive build-up may not be finished. We will concentrate on these areas each time we come for a cleaning until your home is up to your standards.
Dust for cobwebs

Clean stove top and front of oven

Scour and polish sink

Scrub shower/tub walls, clean fixtures, clean shower door

Dust all surface areas, remove fingerprints

Shake out and vacuum throw rugs
Fold over to vacuum and mop under larger area rugs
Dust computer and TV screens (with homeowner permission)
Clean light fixtures/outlets/switches
Tidy couches and chairs
Vacuum all floors and carpets
Mop all floors
Move In/Move Out
*Before we can start a Move In/Move Out clean, the house needs to be completely vacant*
Our Move In or Move Out Clean is our Standard clean plus inside of the refrigerator, inside all cabinets and drawers, inside the oven, thorough washing of baseboards, door frames, light switches, outlets and any doors and walls that need it.
In addition to the Standard Clean, you can customize your clean by adding the following items. If you don't see what you need, please ask!

Dust inside lamp shades (specific lights indicated)
Clean/scrub specific baseboards

Make beds (please leave instructions as to how you’d like the beds made and where the linens are)

While many of our commercial clients prefer a weekly or biweekly clean, we are able to schedule on a 4, 6, or 8 week rotation as well. In addition to offices, we have experience in storefront and restaurant cleaning. We offer free consultations in which we discuss what you would like and we can customize our services to meet your business needs. Many of our commercial clients enjoy using our cleaning products in between cleans. We offer our products by the bottle or in bulk, depending on your needs. Favorites include our hand soap and all purpose cleaners.
